Failed PC Boards – Why replace when it can be repaired

Most PC Boards that fail are simply discarded by the OEM’s and replaced with high cost new ones. Send me your failed or damaged boards and I will attempt to repair them at less than 50% of the cost of a new one.

Melter Overhaul – If it is dirty, clean it properly

Melters are more than often not serviced thoroughly. Flushing a dirty/contaminated tank out and replacing the filter can simply create more problems like ongoing blocked nozzles. Cleaning out the guts of the melter is vitally important, like the manifold and pump. A melter overhaul should consist of a complete strip and clean to ensure the unit is as clean inside as the day it was commissioned.

Gun Overhaul/Repair – these are too easily replaced for new ones

Guns often get manhandled in the field and ending up with pulled hellicoils and stripped threads. These can all be repaired with’ solid thread inserts’, rebuilt with replacement modules, RTD’s and returned to its new state.

Manifold Overhaul/Repair – OEM’s tend to replace rather than clean and repair

Manifolds that are totally blocked with gel or charred up can be overhauled to its new state quite easily. Replacing damaged hellicoils on the tank and pump mounts with ‘solid thread inserts’.

Pump Overhaul/repair

Pumps are easily cleaned and rebuilt. There is no need to replace or exchange a pump if it requires minor repairs.

Old Melters – Upgrading to new technology melters is not always necessary

Your old 3000 series Nordson melter can be rebuilt and be good for a further 2-4 years for only 25% of the cost of a new one.
